GEO Institutas UAB is committed to research and development of heat treatment processes for steels that operate at the very limits of the resistance capacity of steel products. We have already successfully applied our findings in large-scale industrial production across various applications. Our innovations are actively contributing to the manufacture of chipper blades, armour material (which is currently being tested in Ukraine), wear-resistant plates, and drilling equipment like adapters, axles, steering plates, drill heads, drive chucks, housing, reamers.

We are thrilled to introduce one of our latest products - high wear-resistant mud pump liners made from steel with a tensile strength of 2200 MPa and a yield strength of 1600 MPa. These numbers bear testimony to the strength and resilience of our products.

Enclosed with this letter are the drawings and photographs of the steel liners currently installed in a JT24 drilling machine. After numerous testing, we are confident in their high-quality performance and exceptional value for money. 

It is worth noting that, like all wear-resistant materials, the durability of our liners can be influenced by a range of factors. However, we are pleased to report that our testing has shown these liners to perform at least as well, if not better, than their ceramic counterparts.
